I have used Teamviewer since version 10. I have been using the vpn service for a year+. When I updated/iupgraded to version 13, I lost the vpn service. I am using an up to date version of Windows 8.1. I cannot install it, even after completely uninstalling and file deleting Teamviewer fromthe computer.
